More accessible website for wheelchair service users in Hampshire

People speaking out about wheelchair services in Hampshire has led to a more accessible website being developed, making it easier to navigate for service users.  

From July 2023 through to January 2024, we spoke to a wide range of people to hear about their experiences with the Hampshire Wheelchair Service as run by Ross Care. 

One piece of feedback was that people were not given opportunity to feedback consistently about the service and complaints process was unclear. We recommended they give people a clear accessible method to make a complaint. 

Following this, Ross Care have updated their website to allow for this. We are continuing to work with the provider and ICB to ensure these changes are made.
