Find services

It can sometimes be difficult to know how to find the services you need.

Please use the search function on our website to find things such as information about dentists, GPs, etc.

We've put together a list of resources which can help you. Alternatively, you can get in touch and we'll try to help you find what you're looking for.

Local services

Connect to Support is an information directory for adults in Hampshire containing information and advice about local services and support, free or low-cost activities and groups. There is also a market place where you can find paid services like care homes and care providers.

Family Information and Services Hub is for young people under 18.

You can find family support information and resources, childcare and education information, mental health resources and local activities, leisure and play.

This website also houses the local offer, which is the County’s information and support for young people with SEND.
