We want to hear from you if you have been to a Community Diagnostic Centre for any tests or imaging.

What is a Community Diagnostic Centre?

Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) provide scans and tests including CT scans, endoscopy, blood tests and audiology. They are based within people's communities rather than near hospitals, to help give patients better access to tests and therefore diagnosis.
