Annual report for 2025/26 released

We are pleased to publish our annual report for 2025/26. Find out what we have been working on and our achievements over the last year. 

As your local health and social care champion, we’ve spent the past year making sure that the voices of local people are heard by those who commission, deliver and make decisions about services. 

We share your feedback with the right people so it can make a difference, improving health and social care for the whole community. 

Our year in numbers 

• 2493 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to

  raise awareness of issues and improve care.

• We published 3 reports about the improvements people would like to see in areas like home care, vaping and better public engagement around plans for a new hospital .​

• Our most popular report was the Care at Home report, highlighting what is needed to ensure providers are listening to people's feedback.
