Southern Health NHS foundation have recently launched their new carers booklet, packed full of information for people using their services.
This new Carers booklet produced by Southern Health NHS is a helpful guide for people who use their services, as well as those who don't. There are pages for you to fill in the names and contact details of those involved with the person you care for, contact details of people who can support you and general advice on what to expect as a carer.
There is information around finances and benefits, information for young carers and information about to look after yourself too.
Although this booklet is targeted at users of Southern Health NHS services, a lot of the information is relevant to all (contacts, organisations for support). To view the booklet, click here.
