Summary

During 2014 -15:

  • £30,000 was given to 17 projects and groups to gain information about people’s experiences of health and care services
  •  Over 7,000 people shared their experiences and highlighted issues about health and social care services with us

• 2,500 people were signposted to the right information, service or agency

• 12 reports about health and social care services were shared with commissioners and providers

• 150 new referrals used our NHS complaints advocacy service

• 12 videos were produced

• Over 100 volunteers joined the team to help us gather your experiences of using services
