Connect4Communities Programme: financial support for Hampshire residents

The connect4communities programme is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions Household Support Fund and is available in Hampshire.

The connect4communities programme aims to support those most in need with significantly rising living costs, particularly families with children and pensioners who would otherwise struggle with energy, food and water bills.

More funding has been made available for the period of 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2022.

The connect4communities programme also incorporates Holiday Activities and Food schemes, funded by the Department for Education. Read more about the programme by clicking here.

Healthwatch Hampshire was approached by Hampshire County Council’s Adults’ Health and Care to undertake a review of Care Homes across Hampshire, that have been rated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) as ‘Outstanding’.
