About the event

The keynote speakers for this event are the authors of “How to cope when your child can’t”; Professor Roz Sharan, Dr Alice Welham and Ursula Saunders. This will be an opportunity to hear both their lived experience and key foundations of their book covering problem solving, acceptance and pertinent psychological strategies.

The day will also include a workshop covering further practical advice and strategies, and an afternoon session of gentle somatic movement, stretching, meditation & mindfulness, deep relaxation, led by Chameleon Coaching.

Tickets costs £25 to include tea/coffee and lunch. The first 20 bookings will receive a free parent/carer manual worth £10.
