Work With Us

Set up in 2013, Healthwatch Hampshire is the independent champion for people in Hampshire who use health and social care services (the area covered by Hampshire County Council, not including Southampton or Portsmouth). We are here to make sure that the organisations that run services, and who plan them, put people at the heart of all they do.

Healthwatch Hampshire is a Community Interest Company. The work of the organisation is carried out by Help & Care and Citizens Advice Hampshire as delivery partners, under contract to the Community Interest Company. On a day-to-day basis our work is led by employed staff and volunteers.

If you’re looking for a career that will continue to inspire, develop and challenge you every day – you will love being part of our team here at Healthwatch Hampshire.

We need hard working people to help us work towards a society in which people’s health and social care needs are heard, understood and met.
