Mark has worked for Enham Trust for over 25 years in a number of roles, primarily focussing on service design, quality, policy and business development, before becoming the charity’s Company Secretary. Mark is also responsible for Enham Trust’s services supporting disabled and disadvantaged people into sustainable, paid employment. He also ensures the charity remains informed and engaged in public policy relating to disability.
In 1995, Mark obtained an MSc in Disability Management, Work & Rehabilitation and in 2006 was awarded a PhD in Disability (researching attitudes of disabled people towards other disabled people). Between 2003 and 2010, Mark was a member of the Disability Employment Advisory Committee, set up by the Minister for Disabled People, to provide confidential advice to Government Ministers and Officials.
